MenoTrack AI is a self-tracking journal. It is not a diagnostic tool, a treatment tool, or a substitute for professional medical care. The information provided in the app — including any patterns, insights, or summaries — is for your personal reference only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions, and call emergency services in an emergency.

Acceptance of terms

By using MenoTrack AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MenoTrack AI only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the health data you log. We do not claim any rights to your data beyond what is strictly needed to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).

Service availability

MenoTrack AI is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before shutting down the service and provide a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenoTrack AI and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because this is a self-tracking tool and not a medical device, we are not responsible for medical decisions made based on the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
