• Account information: the email address you use to sign up.
• Symptom logs: hot flashes, sleep, mood, energy, and any other symptoms you choose to record.
• Cycle data: period start/end dates and related notes, if you log them.
• Medication logs: medications and supplements you record.
• Free-text notes: anything you write in a note field.

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share your health data with advertisers.
• We do not embed third-party ad or analytics SDKs that receive your health data.
• We do not use your logs to train third-party AI models.

Your data is used only to provide the service to you: showing your logs, generating your patterns and insights, and letting you export summaries for your doctor. We use a small number of privacy-respecting providers (like our database host) strictly to operate the app.

• Access: you can request a copy of your data by emailing us.
• Correction: you can edit or remove any entry directly in the app.
• Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the Delete My Account page or from within the app.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small number of authorized staff and audited.

MenoTrack AI is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
